By far the best old time music in Edmonton circa 60s. Gaby, Frankie and Hank Rogers, papa Joe Kozak on bass. Add Joyce Smith as guest. Great stuff. mos60

Mosrite60, what evidence do you have that the fiddler is Frankie Rodgers? He and Hank did play with Gaby for several years, but so did other fiddlers. I appreciate your help - I'm working on a documentary about Frankie Rodgers. Thanks!

@@joeweed5940 I Recall Gaby normally used Frankie/Hank Rogers, or alternately Alfie Myhre and Richard Chernesky guitar. Perhaps others, but these were the two best known. I don't have the original record as which were used. My memory fades me, but I would bet thats Frankie on this specific tune. You may ask BPMONKMAN who posted the tune.

If your dad would be 100+ years old chances are you have heard this type if music growing up. If your Dad is 80 then you likely heard acdc growing up:)
