I envy these people who are of the same age as me and can afford to be stupid, who's biggest problem in life is a youtuber/streamer doesn't like the game they like

The thing is, Genshin Impact is just Breath of the Wild 2 without QOL. Breath of the Wild is just one of many other games of its type so saying Wuwa is Genshin 2 is just pointless since all these games are just a carbon copy of one another and will be carbon copies of one another. If you want something different, please share what you would do differently. How are you going to differentiate this game from the others? It's kind of hard to do something that a million other games have already done and you WILL keep getting allegations one way or another. Re: The back and forth between Jue and Jinhsi. The point was for Jue to dissuade Jinhsi, give her multiple chances in backing out from a HIGH STAKE situation where she could ULTIMATELY DIE. I guess she isn't a parent yet. You WILL try to convince your child AGAIN AND AGAIN not to go through with something you think will harm them. THAT WAS THE POINT.

It's really baffling isn't it? Like let people create the content they want. If no one is allowed to criticize anything then how are we supposed to know what is good? Even if their criticism is objectively wrong, that is still just how they feel about what media they are talking about. As frustrating as it is seeing people continue to live in blissful ignorance on how the genshin devs treat them and their game, and I'd be fully willing to call them out on it, I'm not going to personally insult them or try to drag them down maliciously. We all deserve better and if someone has issues with something you like, that is totally fine. It's probably baffling to a lot of people for me to say this, but you can still watch people you don't agree on everything with. But these kinds of people don't get it, because they just pour their personality and a ridiculous amount of their life into it, that when it's criticized they view it as a personal attack and have to defend it at all costs because then, they'll be defending themselves.

Yeah it's funny because like I said in the vid I often seek people out with differing/critical views even on things I happen to like if only to gain new insight from them. Also, depending on the delivery it can just be entertaining in general to be fair 😆

agree im still watch a lot of CCs and can be disagree in their opinions, and sometimes it helps see more angles in that opinion and be more clear what my point of view can be justified.

When you started talking about constellations and how you didn't feel the need for them, I think it's true that you can easily clear with c0 chars, but the worst parts about genshin and how it treats its constellation is that... they completely take away a characters kits and the fun that comes with it. Xiao, if you want to plunge a lot - locked behind constellation. Hu Tao, if you want ALOT of damage, boom locked behind C1, Faruzan - you better have C6, Kujou Sara - C2 Raiden, Kazuha, C1 neuvilette I could go on and on and on. Imagine if WuWa got rid of Jinhsi's Forte circuit and it was only unlocked through dupes. Aint. No. Way.

Actually, Wuwa had Calcharo's special intro skill locked behind C2, but because they are THE GOAT they changed it to be a natural part of his kit after people criticized it during CBT2.

Yeah I think it can be a bit egregious in Genshin. I swear they just treat the game like their main cash cow, and their other games are what they actually just care about and want to make. It's so odd.

@@DelusionalDunmer the other thing that bothers me about Constrllations in Genshin is it’s quality. C3 and C5 is just a stat boost iirc. Literally added nothing to the overall character in the grand scheme. EDIT: I don’t recall WuWa having that personal problem for me. I would have to revisit that later today to be sure

I disagree that gachas are the lesser evil when it comes to monetization in the game industry.

Fair. They prey on FOMO and gambling problems that people have. The industry in general is completely rife with many similar such practices but at least in Gacha games they're not hiding it, and it's F2P on entry. Many of these big games out there charge a large entry fee, and then also riddle the game and its design with awful monetisation models.
