To be honest, I've NEVER been this hyped for ANY game since Super Smash Bros Ultimate. I really hope we get more accessories and props, as well as customizable pets and furniture like in Gacha Club.🌟 It almost feels like yesterday since I first downloaded Gacha Club. I, admittedly, did have that "what's all the hype about" mentality when I first heard about it. Well, now I what that hype was. Being able to create your own chibi anime styled OC was always such a fun experience. Heck, it was even fun to experiment and create some of the wildest OCs. Yeah, I did take advantage of being able to hide limbs and adjust stuff (though, I'll admit, there's TONS of people who are better at adjusting items than me), and I've used a lot of items to create hundreds of OCs, even with some of the less used items. I hope that GL2 has all the features Gacha Club has, and EVEN MORE!🌟

Honestly full green (and other not skin tone colors) characters are great for green screens like if i wanted it a shirt separated from a body then i could color everything else green and hide the limbs then make the shirt not green. Which is different from only hiding the limbs and head because of the neck and the torso itself and the upper part of pants. But i understand why it should be done For fun the things i hope for most are; Multiple wing, tail and eye slots (so like four eyes or six wings (ik that's a bit ridiculous-)), Separated wings in the adjust menu (so you can individually adjust them) And yk how when you move the main eye and the other one moves? I think it'd be cool if you could toggle that (would hopefully work for wings too)

Honestly, I'm so excited for this new game. I'm also happy that Luni decided to make this a full on dress up game. I've been a fan of dress up for as long as I can remember. Seeing it come from Gacha Studio to now, I'm excited.

the AMOUNT of things I will be able to do with a color slider and shading editor will be insane. Luni is truly set on making this the BEST character Creator ever. Just hope we get more hand poses, and MAYBE even perspective/ angles.

I'm really excited for GL2! However, I'm really hoping that the adjustments feature will be added to GL2 like it was in Gacha Club. (Long rant warning--) As the name implies, this sounds like a sequel to Gacha Life, which I know didn't have this feature before. This leads me to believe that the adjustments feature may have a possibility of not being added. A lot of GC's creativity came from adjustments, and with these new features being added, it would be a shame if we were unable to mess with adjustments.

The 10% being applied to the color wheel/sliders option definitely does not seem like the best idea, though i understand why he'd do it. However, for 1, a lot of people who do gacha heat couldnt care less about skin tones matching or can just edit them to match in an outside editing/drawing app. And 2, a lot of people didnt even use it for gacha heat. A lot of people usually used it for canon designs for fandom characters (like...idk, Bendy? Dont know if hes the best example, but still) or for making masculine bathing suits. Either way, this already seems amazing and im glad hes focusing more on costumization.

Honestly, worrying about how little kids are going to get around features to make heat isn't worth it anymore. It's the reason why the whole "Stop Gacha Heat/Save Gacha" shit failed to do anything. Once people started ignoring it, the less of an issue it became. Focusing on it brings more attention to it, and additionally, kids who are susceptible to thinking it's okay. Plus, we shouldn't have to limit the creative functions of the game just because of heat. People support it thinking it'll "prevent" heat, but immediately got pissed when Luni added the limited colors to GC. It's pointless.

@@myst1que_mach1ne Yeah, I don't get why people insist on putting so much focus on gacha heat when if you just ignore it and stop giving it views it will eventually die out and stop having as much focus. I never really cared much for the limited colors since I never really had much use for it, but I know others do and I understand their frustration with Luni limiting colors. Honestly at this point the whole thing with preventing gacha heat is useless because everytime someone tries to start a movement or do something to prevent it, it just brings it back to the spotlight which is what a lot of people who do gacha heat want lol.

My only problem with it is the color wheel, while it gives us more options for color, but I have a hard time using color wheels. I’d love it if Luni made it so there are preset colors and the color wheel, but making that into GL2 would be hard.

Yeah, admittedly it's a bit of a bother since I use that in GC for green screens, mannequins to build OCs off of, for making OCs that are meant to be all/mostly one color, and to remove annoying outlines in some cases.

Hey flo! Interesting to see the direction of the game, I just have one tiny question (if you know the answer to it) Is the opacity slider ONLY for the shade layer? Or can it be used for the base colors of an asset aswell? If you don't know the answer that's fine, I was just a little curious. Keep up the great work flo :)

These are all amazing features and a big step up for Gacha games in general! But what if we wanted to make a ghostly or fully achromatic characters with white skin and clothing? and not being able to use the exact colors would be really big pain... Other than that I am really excited for this game :D

I feel like it most likely won’t have an option for that because to have different body types they’ll have to draw every single clothing item over again to fit the body types. Who knows though maybe we’ll have it, Luni does like to surprise us, haha!

I think that all of the features are WONDERFUL 👍🏾 The fact that we could reduce the OC opacity sounds great ! I have an idea of feature that will be great: maybe if we take a screenshot, the game will make it possible to let us choose to remove the background or not. That will spares us some time for the editing process! (It's just an Idea, but that would be awesome if that comes true :)

Hey Flo! Not sure if you will see this, but I’m excited for Gacha life 2! This is actually why I never updated Gacha club, because I already had Ads and didn’t want to make a problem. But… what’s crazy is people are going full on rampage after my man Luni comes back after 3 years with a game, and now there’s rants pointing out so many bad things about it- This is a stupid comment, but please, if you updated it, Cool it. I recommend going on other devices for Mods. Or stick to Gacha life. But please, DONT GO FULL ON PVP MODE- Look- games will have bugs and now people are really making rants and controversy after a leak of Gacha life 2. Man. What I’m saying is, GO TOUCH GRASS.

Just based on what I know I think it will be coming in October or some months after that although we don’t know when luni started working on Gacha life 2 since they already announced it and already have half the stuff planned it’s prob coming out in some months. But idrc when it comes out bcuz I’m just so excited
