I do most of these workout moves and hell ball I do 80 80 80 on each part of my stomach and then repeat with 47 47 47 I do hell ball by myself with a 10kg ball. It is tough but I love doing hell ball it has really helped me been doing hell ball for 5-6 years now. I also love alternate day fasting and on days I don't fast having bullet proof coffee and water.
