This is the very first video I've watched about Philippine Amateur Radio. Hopefully a seminar would be within my city.

Cignus outside baofeng inside...tapos illegal daw Baofeng...pero sa US, canada, australia and other countries...these stupid radio are common sights...they are poor in quality but it works...i have a eight year old baofeng and still works like a dream...with batteries available on line that is great value...my Icom batteries die and batteries are knowhere to be found even if you did find it is so very expensive

Dahil kay Baofeng...marami ang nagka interest sa two way radio...US/Canada/Austrelia etc...sa US alone...there are almost 800,000 baofeng...magtanong ka sa Lazada at Shoppe...sikat si Baofeng kasi hindi harang ang presyo...kahit tapon mo sa kanal ok lang...Cignus nilangaw talo pa ng Yeusu chinese brand din

Ok if baofeng is not registered how come majority of people are using it...like the legendary bf888 and bf-uv5r...baofeng is far more better than any other cheap radio..kasi china kaya ayaw bigyan ng sticker ng NTC...yung iba nga kenwood wala ding sticker...anong kagaguhan yan

I encourage people to buy Cignus so that Cignus can buy more Baofengs.
@GadgetAddict3 жыл бұрын
Cignus carry a lot of brands, not just Baofeng I think some dealers already got Baofeng radios NTC approved now. Or at least they're claiming that and they're putting the NTC stickers.
@rlcsystems40613 жыл бұрын
@@GadgetAddict that is why I encourage people to buy Cignus. Because people are not encouraged to buy BaoFengs even if BaoFengs have contributed to more users of radio. Because the airwaves are so much congested now because of too many BaoFeng users. Because Cignus already have free Talk, even if the frequency is limited. And by the way, I am an electronics and electrical technician, and also programs and repairs handsets like Baofeng and Cignus, so I know what is inside them.

License, what kind of license are they? It seems as if it is just a flea market wherein licenses can be given that quickly to amateur abusers.
@jakedelossantos75833 жыл бұрын
That's not a license it's a seminar. That is required to be able to take an exam, before you get a callsign. Also you have to pass the exam before you get a license

Yung cignus pang mayaman presyo palang niya, yung baofeng kahit mahirap kayang bumili. Yun nga lang kung alin pa ang mura yun pa ang iligal sa NTC. Pinoy nga naman. Pero sa ibang bansa baofeng ang karamihan na ginagamit. Daming arte ng NTC

If you want a radio that doesn't need you to be licensed, you can get the Cignus FreeTalk. It's a bit more expensive because it's the radio itself that's licensed by NTC, instead of you having to pass an exam and get licensed yourself. The FreeTalk radios are limited to a small and specific frequency range.

These radios operate in the amateur bands. They can't, in any way, interfere with the signals for the internet connectivity of your devices. :)
