To answer your question about what I have when I'm sick: The thing is that I don't really get sick and also I tend to recover faster when being active than I do being bed ridden so because of that I don't really have a specific food I eat to get better.

When I'm sick I eat a stew my grandmother makes, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, and beef. She use to watch me so that I would drink the brath too. I nearly fainted once last summer moving potted trees. I can understand where Philia is coming from, she does owe her life to Kirito. Was I just me or did Sinon seem cold to Kirito? In the Light Novel Kirito actually gets sick because his real body gets a cold and Asuna nurses him (then the opposite also happens), so this story is "half-canon".

Way too much, the light novels have much more material about world building, their progress in Aincrad (Regarding this "SAO: Progressive" is also being published) and a lot of other things which are very helpful to understand and appreciate more the story, in fact i always try to suggest to other people to read the light novels and the side stories before watching the anime, because they'll have a much better understanding of the story (of course if you have already seen the anime adaptation, then i also would like to suggest to you to read the books, because in my personal opinion they are much better, remember the first book starts in media res, but don't worry because it will get back to the start very soon) #GadgetGirlKylie Thank you very much for putting in evidence my comment! Almost passed out once. I was doing an after-work workout for a half hour and decided to do a core conditioning/boxing class on nothing but a bowl of rice chex from breakfast and no lunch.
