I have every one of my HF videos in a chronological playlist, and always have each floor boss as a separate video, so you'd be able to see which floor this event's on from that (I can't remember for the life of me lol). I'd say it's missable if you don't check your Event List. Otherwise I don't think it needs a specific trigger.
