The Biggest issue of Name changing is they ask the proof of your name change in Goverment Record. i.e. Gazette or Press Release etc. Even If your Older Name was a mistake by Goverment Official.

Aadhar based esign is much better option than uploading physical documents. Your Pan card will be dispatched within a week if adopt this procedure.

For correct of name and dob. While entering Name and DOB at first page is that should be as per in PAN(name and dob is wrong in PAN ) or the Correct one (as per Aadhar) because tried 2 times in past and recently but after successful payment and all it Said is Something did not match (name,dob i guess).

@pranishaodela7050 so I found out what happened in my case. I should share it with you or anyone else who stumbles here. All I had to do was go to 'continue with the application'. Type the token no, mail, and DOB. Now if you have already paid the fees, it will take you directly to the page where it asks to verify VID. So here's the thing. Instead of giving the 16 digits VID from aadhar, just write the aadhar number. Because it says itself 'enter VID or aadhar'. Once you enter the twelve digit aadhar number, It will send an otp to your phone number just like it does when you enter VID. Type it and the process will end successfully. My wild guess is VID doesn't work for those who does not have their aadhar online(it doesn't make sense I know. I'm no expert) but It should do the trick. It did for me. Lol

So if you're having this issue, I'm assuming you paid the fees, tried to verify your aadhar, but after typing the OTP, you got the message "your request could not be processed". So here's what you can try. Go back to site> press continue with application> it will ask for 10 dig. Token no, email, and DOB. Give that> it will take you to page where it will as to enter VID for verification (it will only come if you have paid the fees) > now instead of VID, which is 16 digit no., type your aadhar no., 12 dig. (Because it says VID or aadhar) > once you do it, it will send an OTP on your phone no. > give that OTP. And this time it should work. The problem which I'm guessing here is that for some people VID does not work and aadhar no is required. So try this once and see if it works for you.
