Dr Saad, Is there a formula that describes Mental Parasitism Susceptibility? For ordinary diseases, there are such formulas, that include things like genetics, age, gender, etc. I am baffled by the fact that the most educated among us are the most susceptible, which would seem to be counterintuitive because one would think they would be the most resistant. It seems like universities are the equivalent of viral disease laboratories, where the creators of these mental parasites wear no protective clothing or equipment. (sigh)

Agreed. I'm a Californian native who fled the dumpster fire that is California of the past two decades. I fled to Nicaragua of all places which is a blood thirsty iron dictatorship. Ortega, the dictator, constantly talks about his hatred of America but he loves having Americans living here and the National Police treat us rather well. This is not virtuous but because the country is 2nd poorest in the Western Hemisphere and we spend all of our American money in Daniel's pathetic economy. I've been here 18 years and have found a very happy, tranquil life. It's quite ironic but true. The world is a truly complicated place. I am also Jewish and Daniel hates Jews but, as an American I am left alone. Fascinating. Have a great day, my friend and ally.

Many Americans think that our Muslim immigrants will be different and they will assimilate into American values. I don’t think our Muslim immigrants are any different than Canada or Europes Muslim immigrants.
@yidiandianpangКүн бұрын
Many have been here longer. It strongly depends on which country they are from. As long they espouse Islam, the potential is always there for them or their kids to learn conservative interpretations of their religious sources.

They assimilate way better in the U.S. because the U.S. isn't socialist, so immigrants have to work and adapt automatically to the culture over time. This is not the case in the EU, becausr they often migrate into socialist support systems, and don't need to integrate at all

If Muslim immigrants isolate, as in Dearborn, Michigan, then, yes. What I experience here in Las Vegas, Nevada, having been to a mosque during Ramadan and talking to guys about their religion, also talking to guys from Afghanistan who are my customers running a restaurant, is that they don’t want rule by the mullahs. They enjoy the freedoms of the USA and the freedom not to attend their mosque at all, ever. They don’t see Christians as any threat, none whatsoever, so they are at peace without religions. That being said, the Quran justifies violence against non Muslims. Islam’s 600 year reign over the Mediterranean included violent takeover, but European states, ruled by entrenched, related families, were just as violent in their relationships between each other. Before there was a USA there was a Republic in the Netherlands. The monarchies of Europe cooperated in destroying that then freest place on earth. Whatever you have fought to attain, whatever you have earned, you must fight to keep. Democracy is mob rule. Republics are a bit more fair to individuals. But as always, you or your lazy offspring (a natural consequence of inheriting wealth) will be taxed back into poverty. The fight is never ending. You might, if you collect enough nuts through your productive years, have a peaceful and enjoyable old age. In the mean time, yes, consider all religions as dangerous, most especially Islam.

It is impossible to have empathy for all the suffering in the world. We are saturated with suffering but i don't believe it's leading to any sort of empathy. It's more like indifference.
@janeproctor5542Күн бұрын
I like the part Gad is suggesting is played by ocd, especially in relation to actual victims of, say, psychological violence/trauma which must be denied, because to express it outwardly to family can't work and just gets you more beat up or scapegoated. What tends to happen is called ,,splitting,, so the victim copes by believing he or she is the ,,bad guy,, to preserve the notion that the parent is safe, I.e. a ,,good guy,,...so, at least, that some secure attachment is still possible or may be at least be forthcoming, if they find a way to appease...to get forgiveness, or empathy from the parent to temporarily ,,fix,, the split that is now preventing them from developing empathy for themselves, and causes ongoing developmental impairments, such as unstable identity formation, the likely cause of many personality disorders. Sadly these people cope by projecting the obvious need for empathy/forgivness onto outward means and ends by which they think it may be possible to ,,fix,, the hole left by these early wounds. If they find like people they can cluster with, in supporting the intense need to at least claim they are worthy and deserving of the respect and empathy that they have missed out on or that, they indeed been victimized, given they have had to deny it, it may help, but they can become very desperate and vulnerable to people who know how to manipulate and exploit their need to both justify the need, often the obscessive/compulsive aspect of the disorder, as disappointed hopes re inflame or trigger the need for respite from the condition of outward and inward doubt/self doubt, itself, that they chronically suffer, which just intensifies the hope, that there will be a resolution, a global empathy or epiphany that will give them a feeling of oneness, belonging, peace and sense of progressing beyond this awful ,,curse,, they feel compelled to escape...escape..escape. All you need to do is dish out empathy or ,,hope,, and you have people like this eating out of your hand and this generation,...they all believe they have been victimized in disfunctional families by narcissistic parents or siblings, forgetting their parents probably were too, ...but they desperately need surrogates because their parents used them as surrogates and their worldview is so coloured by their own distress that...they have mistaken groomers from the various wings of the Woke band wagon,... warriors for justice against social and cultural injustice, as the route to their salvation, at least to garner the collective empathy needed to care for the lack that has caused them to feel the need of a mass salvation from the ongoing suffering and frustration. However, to lift everyone out of a victim stance, by essentially creating a narrative that has bent over backward to agree and to affirm them and to include a whole interwoven collaborative network of victims, equally and diversely, is another matter,... given the display of offended feelings that it is possible to trigger at any given moment and the amount of empathy required to deal with it. Unfortunately, it seems that ,,what is good for the goose is not always so good for the gander,, to use a trope from evolutionary o.c.d. biology/psychology, given we are talking about raised and lowered expectations 😂, and finding balance between extremes. So going back to the dysfunctional home environment, it is an offence to bring up or challenge ,,no talk rules,, or hate speech sanctions or other means of openly discussing or cussing any of these protections of the fake self sacrificing and fake, self suiciding empathy, demanded of children, usually by a parent or senior sibling, who holds a more entitled victim status within the family pecking order. Unfortunately, to them we become nasty perpetrators, kept in the ,,dog house,, or in their ,,black books,,...cast in the role of ,,bad guys,, for lacking the empathy to keep our mouths shut so we can properly enable and show our praise for the family system which I would liken to the d.e.i. narrative and agenda which is supposed to balance and/or control the mood swings of people who are basically claiming or being given licence to take offence, lest we forget that we are walking on ,,egg shells,,. How familiar😅. If d.e.i. is the ,,new baby,, brain child of the Woke, it is definately parentifying everyone which is kind of funny/ironic considering the patriarchy and paternalism is their bete noir.

The Great One ... The Gadfather is on a run. This is another profoundly wise and brilliant conversation. Truly fascinating and wonderful stuff. The ideas of the parasitic mind virus and suicidal empathy are amazingly well constructed theories. I would dare say they are factually and demonstrably true. Incredible work, my friend. Kudos!
