This is a great band and I like the music they are producing. They have good song structuring as well but it’s definitely not technical (guitar and bass). The drumming is the most technical aspect but the guitar/bass parts are not technical. Technical guitar/bass is 💩 like: Rings of Saturn Archspire Beneath The Massacre Beyond Creation First Fragment Spawn of Possession (R.I.P.) Cryptopsy Cytotoxin I’ve been playing guitar for 28 years and the riffs Beneath The Massacre and Rings of Saturn throw out are very technical. Next level 💩. This style of metal is a piece of 🎂 in comparison. That doesn’t mean this music is not awesome or any lesser as a musical art form either. There is just a BIG difference in technicality. That’s why one genre is called Black Metal and the other Technical Death Metal. Both are awesome to me and I enjoy both equally as much.
