Love how when Ramza says "Goodbye Gafgarion" he instantly dies and turns into a crystal, whereas if you choose to spare him he talks normaly and retreat into your party without the need of healing. This implies that Ramza's goodbye has the power to desintegrate people as no attack in the game kills automatically without having to wait 3 turns.

I like how he's still very transactional with how he decides to join up. I could definitely see this happening in the game.

Good idea. I always said that Gaffgarion deserved well treat. And Miluna is also a missable character (way open to Wiegraf's revenge, but still a sad story with Miluda's death)

too many npcs guest or enemies out there with some impressive talent cant be recruited (gaffgarion, wiegraf, zalbarg, olan, kletian, etc)... yes we got orlandu, but cmon
