There is no cost cutting. Stronger steel used for body, Better suspension added, Hydraulic clutch added, Better front stabilizers added. More insultation added to reduce NVH levels, 6 airbags as standard. Where is exactly the cost cutting?

Gagan, i still think baleno and fronx is better value in terms of feature and performance for the price segment. Kahan 3 cylinder engine kitna bhi refinement ho, 4 cylinder match nahin kar sakta.jo 80 soeed pe 2000 rpm ke andar chaleya, usi ke liye hai yeh.mujhe lagta hai old stock, previous generation,log jyada lenge aur waiting badh jayegi clear karne ke liye. Swift is now the new sports model of alto k 10

@@baapnbeta 3rd gen looked great with mods, and rear profile was actually so good; but this 4th gen seems like inflated balloon just look at the rear profile, seems like glass panels are so short and body inflated too much, same with the case of front profile so weird, the hood is not that great looking like previous gens, plus 3 cylinder engine can never replace the pleasure and ease of driving like 4 cylinders, so yes Swift is not that great of a hatchback i beleive.🥺😐

I also own a Tiago. I own a Swift as well. Tiago is no match to the Swift's handling and ride quality. Infact Tiago rides and handles in a funny way. Plus, talking about build quality.. while in Tiago things come loose and fall apart time to time part and rattles all over, everything stays put in my Swift. Now that's what is called build quality.

well I hve Punch, Its engine is very noisy after a year, Car is now rattling , Dashboard has become dirty and dull, It always lacks power while overtaking. Quite frustrated with the car to be frank. Only thing good is its safety , means heavier use of steel but it seems that , its large weight has also Reduced its Power/weight ratio. Not fun to drive. worst is its mileage. Its 11-12 in cities. Max 15-18 on highways. If u use AC, its mileage on Highway will go down to 12. If exter was launched earlier i wud have gone for Exter. I will suggest Maruti or Hyundai to lower Middle class persons like me, Keep the speed in check for better safety. Anyway TATA cars wont give to much of high speeds.

After watching a few videos about the swift the major thing is that engine is still amazing , better fuel efficiency , amazing amazing suspension and regarding build quality no one has clearly stated about it , like basically considered it to be like before. Anyways great work from maruti!!
