Hello sir , my friend purchased Hyundai creta knight edition 20 days ago and before 3 days the sunroof got shattered while driving. At Hyundai service centre they said you can claim it in insurance but why someone take insurance claim on new car that just 20 days old. Or it can claim in warranty. Please suggest some opinion.

I think it's suspension travel becomes very small with full load, one of the you tube viewer pointed it out in launch video. Should have been mentioned here. With full capacity how it runs, because with Cng cylinder further weight will increase

In Case of CNG the suspension is tuned a bit differently due to the presence of the Cylinder. But a full capacity test is required!

Bhai iske cng varient me bhi sunroof de rakha hai to mera ye question hai ki kya monkey ke kudne se sunroof toot jata hai? Meri office ke aas pas monkeys bahot hai. Logo ki gadio ko bahot nuksan karte hai. To kya sunroof wali exter leni chahiye CNG me?

Nice review Gagan Bhai. Come to rural Himachal in Monsoon season if you want to know the true potential of high ground clearance. It becomes so easy and tension free to drive. Thank Tata for making everybody start thinking about saftey in vehicles. Also thank them to educate you that number of airbags doesn't matter much if you have a poor body structure. However I am currently not very optimistic about Exter safety rating since their higher segment products like Creta are way lower in saftey standards. Hope our govt. mandates some minimum crash rating in future instead of just ordering to install more airbags only, so that the companies don't cheat with customers like Hyundai did for years in India, 'costly products with safety even inferior to similar Maruti vehicles'.
