Looks like a WIn-Wn for people who want to just make a decent cup of coffee vs wanting to fiddle with porta filters, etc. It's always great seeing a new video from you Marc!

We own one from Whole Latte Love and it's been great. We have a traditional steam wand though (which I wanted). I make lattes for the family and I make a cappu for myself every morning. We haven't had any problems or issues in more than two years. The one thing I would change, if I could, would be to have a quality grinder that would allow grinding "oily" beans. They're not recommended because they can clog the grinder.

Hi bill, Thanks for your patronage and sharing your Cadorna experience! Yes, extra oily beans can be a problem in all super-automatic machines with built in grinder. Marc

So does the Cadorna barista plus and this do the same drinks /quality with jus a bit more automation here with the style? Is there an advantage of one over the other? Thanks

I'm thinking of buying an automatic coffee machine with an approx. budget 800-1000 USD/EUR. What would you recommend for a home usage? Mostly looking for a machine to prepare espresso, cappucino and flat white - I do like to feel the tase of coffee in my flat white, as well as a good texture of milk. Been thinking about Melitta 9 series, Gaggia Magenta/Cadorna. What would be your recommendation? Maybe Siemens, Jura or other machines?
@Wholelattelovepage7 күн бұрын
Hi Nero, for best milk texture I suggest a machine with manual frothing. That way you can have the milk exactly as you wish in your price range I recommend the Gaggia Magenta Plus: www.wholelattelove.com/collections/super-automatic-espresso-machines/products/gaggia-magenta-plus-super-automatic-espresso-machine

Hello, your videos are amazing, great work. I have a question. Is there any alternative for milk and coffee for learning the latte art. Any kind of chemicals which can duplicate those. If so, we can avoid wasting milk and coffee powder
@WholelattelovepageАй бұрын
Hi s, for the milk add a drop of dish soap to water in pitcher and it froths up just like milk! Marc

Would this be a good replacement for Gaggia Classic Pro.. I am thinking about getting this for espresso and cappuccinos
@WholelattelovepageАй бұрын
Hi m, Thanks for the question. If you value convenience over potential espresso quality it's a possibility. Semi-automatic machines like the GCP are capable of making better espresso quality and are more versatile with pro brewing upgrades like precision filter baskets, high-end outboard grinders, etc. To realize that potential takes skill, effort, more time and $$. Super-automatics like the Cadorna Style compromise a bit but consistently deliver espresso quality that's equal to or better than what you get from mass market coffee chains. They are very easy to operate and quick - from power on to a finished drink in a couple of minutes. Hope that helps! Marc

Do they use De'Longhi mechanism inside? Meaning are the internals made by Delonghi?
@WholelattelovepageАй бұрын
Hey Gen, No the internal mechanism - the Brew Group is made by Gaggia. In fact, it's the same brewing mechanism found in Gaggia's more expensive machines. Marc

@@Wholelattelovepage It's a good reason to steer clear of the top end models of Super automatic machines. In addition to the same brew unit, they normally use the same thermal block. Everything related to coffee taste is the same from $300 - $2000 with super automatics. The cheap ones are great though and I loved my old Delongie ESMA 4200.
