ये क्या सर नीद कैस आएगा ये तो बताओ बॉडी में कोई दर्द ही नही रहता फिर भी सोने जाता hu तो ek ghanta लगता है तब जा कर नीद आती वो भी पूरी नीद नहीं होती कैस सुकून वाली नीद मिलेगा बताओ सर

मै 25बरससे नींद की गोली खाती ःहूँ परअबगोली खाकरभी निंद आती नही फीर मन बेचैन होता है फीर विचार फीर आधी गोली 4-5बजे लेती हूँ तो निःद आतीहै सूबह 10बजे उठती हूँ उमर72है 2 mgकी गोली लेतीहूँ. फीर भी निंद नही आती. क्या करू? कुछ समझमे नही आता!
