It is such an interesting skill but really neglected on the vanilla game. That's what I love about the UCP, like I could see the developers making these changes. Doubling the radius of the Storm is literally all it needs, the damage is fine. This makes it a usable and very fun skill. Love it with the Quasar and I really should have used the Black Hole as well for maximum singularity effect.

Grenade damage and shock damage buff the boosters dropped by the WTF!
