Body lotion, like Nivea Hydration lotion, and the like also work, without so much muss and fuss. Maca root tablets and powders also can help with weight gain in the right places (boob & Buns). Unfortunately, with me, it also added weight to my tummy area. With the body lotion, I simply rub it on the area I want and then put my underwear right over it, and it works. The massaging on the area is very important and worth 15 minutes, because it wakes up the muscle in the area making it seem larger. Obviously it won't make a massive difference but it's quite impressive how it works. Hope that helps!

Girls, Girls.. it seems this recipe is working on me, I had been using it for the last 5 days and is working, I have about "1"inch bigger on each side of my hips, and my Buttock is getting round it, I did change the recipe adding one more thing, I hear that she say, when woman's produce more estrogen is faster than the ones don't..
