I have never felt so much pain in my legs with other exercises as with this one. In just five minutes I started to feel my legs burning. This is excellent! With 20 minutes a day you can stay in shape! I loved it!❤

@@diwi5823 start out slow. Once a week and work your way up to 3 times. Definitely go at your own pace. It is hard on your knees if you’re not used to moving like that. You don’t want to injure yourself. You need rest in between days to let your muscles rest and grow. Also you need to eat well - high protein and healthy fats. Good luck.

"Glutes" is short for gluteals, which refers to the muscles in your buttocks. There are three main gluteal muscles: 1. Weak glutes can lead to issues like lower back pain, poor posture, and decreased mobility.

تمارين تعطي نتيجة سريعة جدااا الطريقة ممارستها مرة واحدة في الأسبوع فقط تناول البيض بكثرة والموز واللوز والزبادي وبذور السمسم مطحونة على الفطار .... شرب الماء الكافي مع مرور الأسابيع سترون بروز المؤخرة بشكل رائع جدا وجذاب..... تجنبوا ممارسة هذه التمارين يوميا فقط مرة كل أسبوع وسترون النتيجة التي تحلم بها كل فتاة او شاب

Man that's tough, i got to 11 minutes full tilt and that was it for me now, ill be back here tomorrow until i can go like him for at least 16 minutes . Amazing ass kicking workout...❤

Do you have exercises that are healed injury friendly? I had a fracture on my foot and now I'm healed but still can't jump or do many exercises that have to do with putting pressure which is difficult I know because the majority are like that. I recently started following you and watching your videos, but I can't do the majority of them😢 and I'm going back to the gym soon would love to start doing your rutines. 😊
