I have never felt so much pain in my legs with other exercises as with this one. In just five minutes I started to feel my legs burning. This is excellent! With 20 minutes a day you can stay in shape! I loved it!❤

@@Banfilashairdiary yes I’m on day 2 and I’m doing my day 3 tomorrow. The first day was not easy for me and I only went half way through it. But the second day was alot easier than the first. I’ll be skipping days because of my operation and I’m anemic. I put my schedule on a days per week workout

@@diwi5823 start out slow. Once a week and work your way up to 3 times. Definitely go at your own pace. It is hard on your knees if you’re not used to moving like that. You don’t want to injure yourself. You need rest in between days to let your muscles rest and grow. Also you need to eat well - high protein and healthy fats. Good luck.

@diwi5823 I appreciate your response. I was thinking the same way. But, looking forward to asking this question. This is what I have been doing. I started June 4th, 1x/day at my own pace. Now, I'm giving it the best of my best!!! And, I am seeing results NOW. My husband commented on how good my "glorious glutes" & Legs looks - just yesterday! This workout is insanely instantly effective!!!

I've been consistent with this workout,doing it 5 days a week,since the beginning of July...guess what, I've lost a whooping 5kg, from 94 kg to 89 kg,people turn with me,my butt is nicely shaped🎉🎉,thank you king of squats❤❤

It's like 80's basic aerobic moves with those deep squat moves. I am hooked on squats and I do 1000 every other day to define my legs.

Please keep it to this level of training. Dlamini breaks the moves down and you're able to gain your rhythm, the other ones require Limpopo Boy level I still can't do the gwara 😂

Why can’t you do it consistently and figure that out! Building glutes is determinant on your body frame as well. What are you working with in the first place?

"Glutes" is short for gluteals, which refers to the muscles in your buttocks. There are three main gluteal muscles: 1. Weak glutes can lead to issues like lower back pain, poor posture, and decreased mobility.

Do you have exercises that are healed injury friendly? I had a fracture on my foot and now I'm healed but still can't jump or do many exercises that have to do with putting pressure which is difficult I know because the majority are like that. I recently started following you and watching your videos, but I can't do the majority of them😢 and I'm going back to the gym soon would love to start doing your rutines. 😊
