Gainesville Hawthorne Trail (16 miles)

This beautiful trail stretches 16 miles from the University town of Gainesville to rural Hawthrone. The trail runs through the northern section of Paynes Prairie.

Thanks for this video, I just completed that very interesting trail last week. I have been touring several states riding the local trails and find this one to the best I have visited so far. Today I’m in Sarasota riding the Legacy Trail and if you haven’t done it yet, pease do and post a video of your ride. Keep them coming!
