thank you for sharing your struggles with us.. i really appreciate it, knowing that I'm not alone... I lost 55 lbs then I gained it all back due me.. couldnt handle the pressure and negativity from others... but knowing what I know now, I wish I didnt care what they said... but its ok.. im going to take care of myself for "me" and my family... we can do it because were worth it :) god bless u hun... :)

I am proud of you for getting back at it. I know the struggles of gaining and losing. You can get back, take baby steps at first so its not overwhelming, You can lose it again because you have before!!

You r not alone on weight gain. So many people here, have gained weight. Some are doing something about it, like you and me. But many, just gave up. I'm glad you are aware of what's happening. You are in control now. Good luck, we know you can do it.

Thank you for sharing. Right now I am having a hard tim getting back into shape. When you take a break it is so hard to get back on track. But it is. Day by day thing. You wil get there. We wil all get there.....good luck to you my friend!

You have to know that you CAN do this again!!! You have 2 choices and you know that doing it is the best choice because the other choice feels awful!!! Think of those babies you have and how much they need you! I was so glad that you watched some of your videos because they sure helped me!! I have lost 57 lbs so far!

I know exactly what you're feeling right now..I regained 50 pounds in about 6 months :( At first, it was the worst feeling I've ever felt..things do get better, though once you forgive yourself. For me, stopping all the self hate is a big part of being able to get in the right mindset to be able to stop gaining and start losing, slowly but surely...

I feel you girl. When i jumped on the trampoline i could feel the fat flopping up and down on my body. YUCK! I have got to make a deal with myself to not give up. And yes I have 38 lbs to get off and I can feel my joints hips back pain. And yes running i feel like i am in slow motion. I miss running! That is my goal is to be able to run!

You have to stop beating yourself up.Take it one step at a time.Start walking first before you start running. You don't have to walk so fast to lose weight.Why don't you go get a check up? You will feel better eating more fruit and veggies but remeber to eat balanced!That's what's going to keep the weight off. Did you eat any protein or starch or bread? Your body needs all these foods to sustain.That's the first thing I realized with Weight Watchers.I follow it in France and balanced is the key.

Hip pain can be due to vitamin D deficiency might be a good idea to get checked out...I gained back all 100 pounds I had lost..its humiliating and hard but it takes a strong woman not to give up so hang in there and keep trucking!

have you thought about WLSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve and it has truly saved my life. In 21 months i've lost 167lbs. And i wasn't perfect. I took off 9 months during the 21 months and I only gained 4 lbs. I'm back on program and lost 9lbs in 1 week. It's an option.

Do you feel that your medicine for the seizures or other medicine is causing weight gain? Cause I noticed the weight has started again once you started on medication. Any medicine that messes with the serotonin makes me gain weight. So I dont take it :)

Hey girl..i have been following u for a while now and i believe that your biggest problem is a support system. u need someone like a partner there with u. do u have a strong support friendor buddy that can give u tough love? it worked for me and im back on ww myself and im down almost 20 in a month...

Don't be hard on yourself. At least you are moving. I am having trouble just getting my body to move. You can do it. you did it before. Remind yourself the pain means you are doing it and not being a couch potato or a recliner rat like me.

Have you considered juicing? Maybe a short juice fast to detox your system? If you haven't seen 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead', it's awesome. You can find it on Netflix. I think it will inpsire you to move forward! :)
