I checked and every single person in this lobby had at least 200 fivem races clocked up, and I think it shows in how much cleaner the racing was than normal

Aaah, nothing beats opening KZbin on friday and seeing a random race. Always good fun! 🤘 I tried FiveM racing to hopefully be able to participate in one of your random races, but i quickly realised how bad my driving skills are. I'm pretty decent on vanilla GTA races, but in FiveM i sucked.. So there goes that dream. 😅

From the way Brough describes the meme vehicles they seem harder to handle than it looks so I don’t think that’s the cause. I’ve never been on the server though so I may be completely wrong

The checkpoint whiff cost you about 21 seconds (passing reset checkpoint at 18:29, dropping from reset at 18:50). Whether that would have meant a chance at P4... who knows.

Fair enough. It could still just be a Hot Knife “Custom” and handle like a regular car instead of have crazy underwear like the stock version and have upper sportscar to low supercar speed. Hell, balance it out into the coupe class. Wouldn’t have to be OP or anything (like it is in Burnout), it just looks cool.

Do u think gta physics are real enough where slip angle or 4 wheel drift actually becomes beneficial? Cause I’m my testing it seems beneficial until u reach a certain degree of angle then the car starts to lose a lot of speed. I did it on a downhill.

its generally known that once your car starts going sideways you will lose speed, regardless of angle its the reason drifting around corners in drift cars is not faster than trying to take them normally, its simply how the physics work

@@DiNmiTe every time of racing including formula 1 uses a form of drifting in this case slip angle. Slip angle occurs when the car is at its limit of traction and begins to slide. Please watch a KZbin video on it it will show u and explain how slip angle leads to faster circuit times
