😊great catch and cook. Camera person a bit bossy on how to cook something that is Australia and food though. My thoughts were this man knows what he cooking. Let the man cook with his own ideas and then next time you cook another one then put your own ideas. All respect intended in this post.

Hahaha, that's why she is called the boss..🤣🤣🤣 to give credit it was actually her recipe, I was only cooking because she was still a bit shy with the camera..lol.. it was surprisingly bloody good eating, I expected it to be a bit fatty but turned out to be one of the better cuts of fish I've cooked.

Hey buddy me again I'm not sure how fond you are at watching other youtubers but please look up bluegabe crawfishing in jamaica there's a local guide who takes them to catch em n cook em up n he's got the best technique for taking off the head n guts

Yeah I watch most of Bluegabes videos I do remember that video but not the cleaning part, I will go back and pay closer attention to how they do it.👍

I thought the same before I cooked this one. It was heaps better than any smaller one I've eaten. Have you tried a big one this size or are you just guessing.

OURS ARE IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA..WE FISH THE ALABAMA AND TOMBIGBEE RIVERSBUT HONESTLY I DONE GOT TOO OLD ANYMORE AT 74..BUT IN MY PRIME, I TOOK BOTH MY KIDS NIGHT FISHING BELOW THE LOCK AND DAM/. FISHING WAS ALWAYS GREAT THERE BECAUSE GOD MADE FISH TO SWIM AGAINST THE CURRENT AND THAT LOCK AND DAM WAS THE FIRST ONE ON THE ALABAMA GOING NORTH! MY SON, AT 11 YEARS OLD, COULD GOLD UPD, SWING AND THROW A 6 FOOT CAST NET LIKE A VIETNAMESE, LOL! NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THEADFIN SHAD FOR BAIT WHEN HE WAS AOLONG.
