Hahaha, that's why she is called the boss..🤣🤣🤣 to give credit it was actually her recipe, I was only cooking because she was still a bit shy with the camera..lol.. it was surprisingly bloody good eating, I expected it to be a bit fatty but turned out to be one of the better cuts of fish I've cooked.

Hey buddy me again I'm not sure how fond you are at watching other youtubers but please look up bluegabe crawfishing in jamaica there's a local guide who takes them to catch em n cook em up n he's got the best technique for taking off the head n guts

Yeah I watch most of Bluegabes videos I do remember that video but not the cleaning part, I will go back and pay closer attention to how they do it.👍

MY SON, AT 11 YEARS OLD, COULD GOLD UPD, SWING AND THROW A 6 FOOT CAST NET LIKE A VIETNAMESE, LOL! NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THEADFIN SHAD FOR BAIT WHEN HE WAS AOLONG. It's an eel tailed catfish mate. We are planning a trip back over there to try catch a big one in the next month or so. 👍
