while undervolting he moved Power Limit to 109 % so ofcourse it will consume more and get hotter

Exactly. Materials, project, design. Pcb changed. Best gpu are Strix and Suprim and after Msi Gaming x and Asus Tuf

Why you undervolt to 1830, but monitoring shows 1860?

The undervolting fixes your frequencies approximately in the range of 1-2 bins (bin = 15 MHz), depending on utilization and consumption.

Gainward phantom 3080 12GB Gainward phoenix 3080 12GB Which one runs cooler and quieter because i can purchase one of them in a very good price I heared phantom non plus has issues in fans and the Phoenix backplate runs very hot Can you advise me?

I have a no-GS 3080 Phoenyx that only got stable at 1950MHz with 900mV... 1950MHz + 875 = crash :-(

But the bright side is stock, the it was using up to 1081mV and don´t passed 1965Mhz (with 326W (avg) 347W (max)), averaging at 1817 @ 974mV. Now it continues to go up to 1965Mhz but averages at 1900MHz with no more than 900mV in any situation drawing 300W (avg) 345W (max)...
