Dont kow but im still not convinced that Bill really hit that C2 at the very end of this song! Just look at the distance between his mouth and the mic...for me its pre recorded like lipsync...good song though.

He was singing over a recording of himself at the end, but was otherwise not lip synching in the rest of the video. He ran out of breath after hitting the C2, took a quick breath, and started singing the note again, which is why it got louder at the end lol.

I believe somebody else sang the last few bass notes. Didn't sound like much Bill Gaither. There was more vibrato, in spots, more power, when he moved the mic pretty far out, and the slide, at the end was not strained. He took a breath in the middle of the slide, but with no interruption. Low C, if that is what the note was, is no problem for a real bass singer, but they made a big deal of it.
