I struggle back and forth in my mind about smoking cigarettes and drinking beer. I don't get drunk, it's been a while since I was drunk. I say all that to say, I completely want a relationship with Yahweh God and I know He loves me, I love Him. I asked Him to take the taste of marijuana and drugs from me, I'm almost 7 years clean, thank you Yeshua! I'm going to keep pushing forward and I know He will be with me. On that great day when I don't crave a cigarette or beer, praise to Yahweh our God! He's cleaning out my heart from bitterness, anger and strife. I just love Him🙌

That's good that you were able to overcome those habits. I never got into booze and cigarettes and drugs. I've experienced second hand smoke, and it wasn't pleasant, and I had an anxiety attack because of it. I use alcohol skin wipes because it's necessary as a diabetic when I give a shot of insulin, but I don't drink any alcohol.

This song is such an awesome gospel song, I reckon I’ve played it a couple of thousand times since I first heard it. Russ Taff is so amazing! When I was a kid and he was live with the Imperials, I knew there was something special about his voice. He has had his share of struggles as I have, but I am thankful to have been able to be involved in music ministry for many years now. Russ Taff has always been an inspiriation and one of the all time greatest vocalists I have ever heard. His tone and that slight rasp in voice makes him unique. You can hear any song and recognize his voice instantly. I used to play secular music, and like in secular music I would say Steve Perry of Journey is one of those voices you instantly recognize like Russ Taff; no denying great God given talent! I know David Phelps is probably the most recognized of all the voices in the Gaithers groups, but hands down, Russ Taff is my all time favorite, what a voice!

Love this song & love Russ Taff. He is really a good singer, has a good voice & you feel the spirit when he sings. Love all these songs. It's like being in church & for the last year I haven't been able to go to church like I would like to do due to health issues. Had Cancer & when that went away I broke my right leg. It is still giving me problems, & then ended up with IBSD. Getting it under control with dr's help & prescriptions & with the weather warming up....................hopefully I can soon be back to normal (if there is such a thing). In the meantime I spend a lot of time with this music & God & enjoy as much as I can. 81 yrs old

Love this song so much I listened to it over and over never got tired, a Christian friend of my gave me the video 15yrs ago. I loved Russ Taff I watched the video many time that it was damaged by my Video player I was so upset. Another christian friend of mine sent their video clip to me on whatsapp so I went on the You Tube searching for Gaither Home Coming I was so happy to see a lot of their music. Highly anointed and a beautiful song, soothing to my soul. Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me, set me free from shackle of the devil and giving me a brand new life.
