in here my mom makes it by grating the carrots & then pressure cooking it because it makes it softer in less time & & then she directly put that in the pan with the khoya & sugar in it. Your recipe was mouth watering tho

For making it cook quicker in a about 30 min , then you can boil the carrot for 2 whistle and then cook .hope you will try.💜
