For rice cakes, my first attempt was a total success but idk later on when I tried making it at home again it went all wrong. So very recently I found another way to make rice cakes. That is I make a rice Flour dough which is not too soft nor too hard something in between. Than I rolled it out in shapes, placed them in microwave oven for 3mins (you might arrange the time, stop the process well you see that the rice cakes are hard on the outside). After taking them out I boiled them in water for 10mins and yes there it was very perfect rice cakes. My Rose Ttetobokki was a success after I changed my technique.

I.N market she said I guess! You can find them online. But I have a home remedy for it. You can use red chilli powder add soy sauce (or miso paste //fermented black beans paste//) garlic, ginger, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar, salt and black pepper. It kinda tastes the same. You can make miso paste at home too

Sonal di ....please go to sikkim...it is the best and safest place for solo female travellers...the people there are very humble and helpful...I went there for a trip in the last week of this may and I have fallen in love with that place😘😘.... Plus you will never feel unsafe there or find any random man staring at you..they are all really respectful towards women
