In any other country they don't have net examination yet they have the best universities in the world, job should be based on practical knowledge because its about teaching and rattafication will not give practice of teaching, there should be interview, API and practical experience.

Bakwas system chal rha hai. I have qualified CSIR NET twice in 2022 and 2024. PhD ret exam qualify Kiya jnvu and Mlsu se but har baar interview k aage nhi Jane de rhe. For lectureship both NET and PHD must be mandatory..PhD quality must be properly examined.. atleast two SCI or SSI paper from the thesis must be there from PhD thesis..

Ye सारा राजनीतिक जुमला है राजनीतिक पार्टीयो के बच्चे नेट नहीं निकाल सकते हैं तो नेट ही हटा दिया ओर सिर्फ PHD वाले भी AP के लिए योग्य बना दिए । मेरे घर के पास एक नमी निजी विश्वविद्यालय है जो phd करवाता है केवल ₹2,00,000 में बिना कुछ शोध कार्य किए। अर्थात घर बैठे PHD। ऐसा PHD होल्डर हमारे देश में किस काम का ? और ऐसा PHD होल्डर higher education में देश बनाएगा ।
