Skill moves and dribbling is all about timing in PES. Try to wait for the defender and then make the move.

It gives you complete control over your passing, shooting, and crossing inputs. Wherever you aim with the left stick, that's where the ball will go, provided the player executing the action has the necessary attributes.

Try turning auto-feint on

@@SquareToShoot it is on but everytime when i try to do a skill the player is doing stepovers or kick the ball in te diretion of the right stick

@godless5633 skill moves with auto feint on are sometimes random. Right stick is for the fake movement and left stick is for the exit path. If you flick both of them to the same direction it does roulette. Also you should try using R1 (special control) in the combos and for the better close dribbling experience.
