These great men gave a rich service to the ART OF QAWWALI and achieve a BIG NAME. Amongst them FATEH ALI KHAN, MUBARAK ALI KHAN achieved a big name and DEEN MUHAMMAD KHAN generally called DEENA QAWWAL Jalandhari achieved the highest name in the whole of INDIA. HIS Master’s Voice Prepared his nearly 110 disc’s. which became Very Popular. He was the First QAWWAL of the sub continent of INDO-PAK, Who won such a fame and esteem. His Master’s Voice, a British Company, awarded Khan Sahib with a GOLD medal and a title of emperor of QAWWALI. After partition, this family came to PAKISTAN, half of the family settled at Faisalabad and the other half at PakPattan sharif.
600 Years Old Family They were recognised as versatile Singers and Qawwals. They were mostly inspired by the HAZRAT AMEER KHUSRO Family. This Family is called DhurPati Family, ( QAWWAL BACHOUN KA GHARANA & Khan Family ) amongst the later generation of SAHIB DAD KHAN and KHALIQ DAD KHAN many renowned Singers took birth on top of which are BARAY MIANDAD KHAN, ITHAR DAD KHAN, PEER DAD KHAN, JHANDO KHAN, ALI BAKHSH KHAN, MOLA BAKHSH KHAN, BABA MISRI KHAN, DEEN MUHAMMAD KHAN, FATEH ALI KHAN MUBARAK ALI KHAN, MIANDAD KHAN, NUSRAT FATEH ALI Khan, BADAR MIANDAD Khan, RAHAT FATEH ALI Khan, sher miandad, Rizwan Ali Muazam Ali Khan,
