ब्राउन शुगर - Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup (80 grams)
दूध - Milk - 3/4 Cup
सिरका - Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
मैदा - Refined Flour - 1 Cup (125 grams)

बेकिंग पाउडर - Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
बेकिंग सोडा - Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
For Chocolate Spread:

I had few questions. Nisha if you could pls reply. 1. Can any cake be baked this way or only this specific recipe? 2. If using regular sugar, do we use granulated or powdered sugar? 3. The sweetness with your proportions, is it on the higher side or normal? 4. You didn't add any salt. Is that deliberate? 5. Can we use glass lid which normally has an air vent, or will that pose a problem? 6. Using cocoa powder instead of chocolate in the ganache, will it give a raw taste at all? I can't wait to try this recipe. My convection microwave packed up, no OTG, so was feeling desperate 😫
