I just made the cake without frosting, and I tell you it's very delicious and soft, I would just recommend if you are baking it in microwave don't put it for more than 30mins, mine got burnt at the top(your cake may take more time, just start checking it after around 30mins), but it's ok I removed that layer and it tasted amazing! I just remember my family saying that the cake could've been a tad bit sweeter so maybe check the sweetness after you make the cake and add a sugar syrup as required if you need the cake sweeter. Oh there is a thing to tell, yesterday i made it on my cousins birthday, what happened you know, i made my cake, and before that i made my frosting, at first it taste some salty, i was scared it was not good. Then, i putted it in the fridge, for at least 3 hr and then i took it out, and i saw the difference in the taste, although the froasting became little dense, i swing my hand whisker and it came to normal. Then i started assembling, i putted sugar syrup to my cake to make it more soft and wet, but i realise it became so soft that it began to break, i was going crazy now, i thought today i am gone, it was such a moment i was unable to use my brain, only 2 hrs were left, i didn't had the time to make another cake, but i knew i had to do something, so what i did, i had lot of frosting, so i putted them i middle of my cake i putted upper part and try to cover each part, at now my cake was looing like a dung, it was very bad, then i putted chocolate shavings around it, i also had a biscuit which i hung around the broken part, i used candies and all other stuffs, and made my cake as beautiful as i can. I used noozles and lot of stuffs. Finally it became satisfied. At the time of occasions, some told, it was the most beautiful cake she had ever seen. I was like, ooo. And they said it was the most tastiest cake they ever had. Thanks.

@@jaynashah7815 yes if you refrigerate your frosting it will get firm and harder to spread on cake since it is a chocolate fudge frosting. My advice would be to make your frosting while you leave the cake to cool and assemble it when both cake and frosting are at room temp. Once the cake is all done, you can then refrigerate it 😊

I made this cake today, it turned out soft and spongy. However it was a little bit on a sweeter side for my tastebuds. So, if you are like me who prefer sweets to be less sweeter then please reduce the sugar quantity. Otherwise fantastic recipe!

@@riasharma2912 Hi Ria, I live in Canada. We get cooking chocolates here and I used that. However, with my experience you probably should use 75% dark chocolate.
