Well, remixing songs was and has been a fundamental part of the dance movement for DJs, refreshing songs from yesteryear is something that has always been done in this genre.

Mathematically there are a limited number of melody combinations which sound good, I'm not saying they've all been explored, but if you're looking for "new" you should probably seek out a relatively new genre, or bring your own originality to the table instead of complaining about others who remix a track and actually make it sound good.

You should listen to other genres than dance, trance which have limited melody because of the rhythm with high bpm. House, chillout, future garage allow more freedom compared to high bpm music.

This generic answer applies very well to this Diplo remix (I relly like his remix) but most of the sounds are also quite generic so please be really helpfull on Groover don't just take you're money, and leave. Give us real arguments because here i just see you release Diplo cuz is Diplo. Love your Work guys, but on Groover you really don't make any effort to help unknown artist, you have to hear it :)

the structure of this remix is totally wrong. When the vocal riff "na na na na na" starts, the people are jumping and not singing. What does Diplo? He start building an uplifter pre-drop. Very stupid choice.
