Ugh! Had I known that the other parts cost money I wouldn't have spent 4 hours doing this. While I understand we all got to make a living IF parts 2 and 3 were FREE at one point and nothing being stated saying this is part one the other parts cost money I wouldn't be upset. Heck I would have paid for it but now no. I'm just bitter. I have heart failure and I'm trying to make things for my loved ones before. I'll be sure to read comments before I start anything now.

You should have said it in the video that the other two parts have to be purchased because I made till round 10 and now its so annoying because I have to open it and follow another tutorial all over 0:01

I love this pattern, and I'm trying to make it along with you. My advice is to slow down on the transitions. Show us exactly where you're joining, whether you're changing your yarn, (the subtle shade differences are not obvious in the video,) if we need to do any lift or turning chains, where you join each row, and where you might crochet over the yarn ends. Having an exact count would be nice, too. You started out very slowly in the beginning, making me believe this was a beginner friendly pattern, but it's clearly for more experienced hands. Your hands move so fast, it's hard to see what you're doing. Give us a stitch or two to see the details before you race off.

Why does your printed pattern, yes I purchased it, and your tutorial not say how many colors? I have looked at several made from different colors but is doesn't say how many. Very frustrating frustrating

I Understand . Originally this design was created with one color , but I used left-over yarns from an ombre yarn to create this blue sample. I leave each person the freedom to choose their own color-way, this is why I didn't mention the colors in the pattern or here. Please feel free to use your creativity in choosing colors for your own unique mandala.

What size hoop

It depends on the thread and hook that you are using. I recommend having your mandala finished before ordering the hop, which needs to be a couple of inches larger than the crochet mandala.

The size of the hoop will depend on your yarn, your tension and hook size. I recommend buying a hoop only after your mandala is finished, choose a hoop 2-3 inches larger than your mandala.

The size depends on what yarn you will use, hook size and the tension. This sample is about 32" diameter (80 cm).
