In the comic Doom 1 # 2024, Galactus showed his true power, he defeated 3 molecular men,cosmic Ghost Rider,Arishem Celestial,Doctor Doom with 3 cosmic cubes, Silver Surfers and other heroes and villains But none of them could make a scratch on him.

As someone who actually did their research in between the time of Fantastic Four 2 and now, this needs to be known: Go on the internet and search images for Galactus Looks Different and you will see a full comic page showing & talking about how he changes his form because other living creatures couldn't comprehend his true form or something like. That alone justifies why he looked like a giant energy cloud in Fantastic Four 2; especially since one of the images of his many forms looks very similar to that. Generally it does seem kind of pointless since he's going to be usually eating whoever sees him, unless he specifically needs them to be alive

I absolutely hate how they write Galactus. The Avengers beating him is a joke. He could kill them all with just a thought. The only real way to stop Galactus from eating your world is to become his Herald. This entire video is both lazy writing and the writers not understanding how powerful Galactus is.
