People told me that when I had a closer walk with God, they told me I was not favored by God, I went out and ruined my testimony. How do they explain the rapture of Elijah, the Bible says that God Favored David. Everything that ever brought me so much joy changed...people should know their motivation before saying something, God showed me it was jealousy I finally understand that "steep a little bit," ⁰

@@user-pq2ue8jt3u you are right. Nobody can say what God has planned for themselves, left alone others. The less we try to control ourself, the more we lay at the feet of Chrost, the more God's will be done. Don't ever let another creature come between you and Christ.

Hello I do have a question, my preacher in the church is telling us that we should be celebrating the Resurrection Day on the 17th of April because it's mentioned in the Bible that on the 14th of April Jesus asked Peter and John, saying, Go and prepare us the Passover, that we may eat, because this is the date that God told the Jews to keep the Passover in. Is this correct because I'm kind of confused/ unsure if I should be doing this? Thanks in advance!

Genesis 34:18-24 " 18 Their( Jacob's sons) words please Hamor and Hamor's son Shechem. 19 And the young man did not delay to do the thing , because he delighted in Jacob's( Israel❤'s) daughter. Now he was the most honored of all his father's house. 20 So Hamor( why does his father go through this with his son( shechem) for a single woman? Didn't look like good ending later. Lesson learn for us in Do not fight over a woman and no lust for other woman either. In Jesus'name, i pray( John 13:34 and continue to be holy in Christ :) and no greed in Christ too :) ) Amen. ) and his son Shechem came to the gate of their city and spoke to the men of their city, saying, 21 " These men are at peace with us; let them dwell in the land and trade in it, for behold, the land is large enough for them. Let us take their daughters as wives, and let us give them our daughters. 22 only on this condition will the men agree to dwell with us to become one people- when every male among us is circumcised."( cut a man's private part's foreskin= circumcised according to Jewish tradition a boy is circumised after the 8th days. Jesus(😊1st❤) was a Jew too and Jesus did that to followed custum at His time in Christ and today in many hospital many babies also doing that too :) ) "23 Will not their livestock, their property and all their beasts be ours? Only let us agree with them, and they will dwell with us." 24 And all who went out of the gate of his city listened to Hamor and his son Shechem, and every male( cuting of Ding Dong's foreskin, i meant a male's private part's foreskin), all who went out of the gate of his city."( Genesis 34:18-24 ESV Study Bible and all parenethesis parts meant to motivate to learn God's words in Christ with symbol of love in Christ Jesus(😊1st❤) too in and for Christ. A little of humor here and there to help learning in more fun in God's words now tied back to Jesus(😊1st❤) in the New Testament in Christ, the Bible said under the context of Luke 2:1-7( The birth of Jesus Christ( Jesus(😊1st❤)); Luke 2:8-21( The Shepherds (😊❤'s) and the angels(😊❤'s) ) , in Luke 2:21 " And at the end of the eight days, when he ( Jesus(😊1st❤) our savior in Christ😊❤) was circumcised, he( Jesus😊1st❤) was called Jesus(😊1st❤), the name given by the angel( " angel"=Gabriel from God(😊100%❤) from Luke 1:31 ) before he was conceived in the womb."( Luke 2:21 ESV Study Bible). Do you want to know what Luke 1:31 said again too? 2 Peter 3:8-9 "8 But do not overlook this fact😊❤, beloved😊❤, that with Lord( Jesus😊1st❤) one day is a thousand years ( 1 day= 1000 years) and a thousand( 1000 ) years as one day( 1000 years = 1 day ). 9 The Lord( Jesus😊1st❤ to me in Christ too) is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient😊❤ toward you😊❤, not wishing that any should perish( died twice, physically and spiritual death too without trusting in Jesus😊1st❤, the Son of the living God or Jesus is the Christ to me too in Christ), but that all (❤'s) should reach repentance."( the word " repentance " means to me in Christ turn away from sins( wrong doing that is against the Bible , we in Christ call them sins) and turn back to God of the Bible , and not attempt to bully me too. Matthew 22:15-22(Paying Taxes to Caesar) "15 Then the pharisees went and plotted how to entangled him in his words. 16 And they their disciples to him, and along with the Herodians, saying, " Teacher, we know that you are true and teach the way of God truthfully, and you do not care what anyone's opinion, for you do not swayed by appearances. 17 Tell us, then, what you think. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?" 18 But Jesus(😊 1st❤) aware of their malice, said, " Why put me to the test, you hypocrites? 19 Show me the coin for the tax." And they brought him a denarius.( a word-study Later on " denarius" beside knowning a Roman coin day's wage back at Jesus' time. Now in Matthew 22:29, ( any coin collectors out there? In the past, i used to buy special but cheap- coins or inexpensive coins from different places I do not go there anymore, so what my ESV Study Bible, said make sense for i used to collected different currency of American - coins, other coins as one my hobbies in the past and American old stamps too which i purchased by God's grace His given job to me on my own salary paid in Christ in the past and gave many away to those stamps to bankers who like to collect old- stamps around the world but mainly American old stamps and some are bilingual coins ( again past that no longer collecting them, just for fun and learning new things from coin and supporting one the coins- shop from that old man. It is rare for him that old but selling different coins around the world. Compassion for him and helping an old man who speak different languages i don't know him at all), i gave away most my collected stamps to others for free too so in Matthew 22:19b on the word " Denarius " According to my ESV Study Bible said, " On One side of the silver Denarius, was a profile of Tiberius Caesar, with the Latin inscription " Tiberius Caesar, son of the divine Augustus" around the coin's perimeter. On the opposite side was a picture of the Roman goddness of peace, pax, with the Latin inscripture " High Priest" " ( quoted from my on hand ESV Study Bible with that Romans silver Denarius" coin knowledge in mind in Christ and go to the next verse in Matthew 22:20-22 "20 And Jesus(😊 1st❤) to them" Who likeness and inscription is this? " 21 They said, " Caesar's." Then he(Jesus😊1st❤) said to them, Therefore rendered to Caesar the things that are Caesar's and to God the things that are God's." 22 When they heard it, they marveled. " " ( Matthew 22:21 Zondervan NIV Study Bible) It will be nice have Sunday School teachers to get a denarius coin in person to teach younger ones( children) in Christ on the lesson on Matthew 22:15-22(paying Taxes to Caesar) and in near where I live now there only a few coin shops and that old man speak both English/ Cantonese and His children I also gave his grandchilren healthy candies when I got permission from their grandparents / the children' parents' permission first, their children are Asian- American and it 's good to kind to people whether people see you or not, but I think God sees us that all it matters in Christ. Why do we buys coins and stamps and give it others for free. The smiles from others' face like this(😊❤) is the best return without string attached at all. We in Christ are attached to unreserve- God and trust in Jesus(😊1st❤) our Lord and our savior in Christ for Jesus(😊1st❤) bind followers of Christ and Christians together in Christ and Ephesians 4:1-16( Unity in the body of Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) love it in Christ and we are binded by Jesus(😊1st❤) connect us together and connect us to God who enable us to give to others beyond our own understanding without reserve and also be smart in loving in Christ too. Ephesians 2:8(😊❤). God gave us His Son ( Jesus😊1st❤)and Jesus paid in full on the cross and came back to give us his( Jesus' ) resurrection of hope in Jesus(😊1st❤) for Jesus(😊1st❤) gave us his life so what can we not also give to others today? At the same set good boundaries in Christ and also give to others ( we might not know well) Seen or unseen in Christ. Genesis 34:25-31 "25 On the third day, when they were sore, two of the sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, " Dinah's brothers, took their sword and came against the city while it felt secure and killed all the males. 26 They killed Hamor and his son Shechem with the sword and took Dinah out Shechem's house and went away. 27 The sons of Jacob came upon the slain and plundered the city, because they had defiled their sister. 28 They took their flocks and their herds, as their donkeys, and whatever was in the city and in the field. 29 All their wealth, all their little ones and their wives, all that was in the houses, they captured and plundered. 30 Then Jacob(❤) said to Simeon and Levi, " You have brought trouble on me by making me stink to the inhabitants of the land, the Canaanites and the Perizzites. My numbers are few, and if they gather themselves against me and attack me, I shall be destroyed, both I and my household." 31 But they said, " Should he treat our sister like a prostitute? " It reminds me about what Jesus said in Matthew 21:31 Under the parable of the two sons in Matthew 21:28-32( The Parable of the two sons) Matthew 21:31 "31 Which of the two did the will of his father? " They said, " The first," Jesus(😊 1st❤) said to them, " Truly(😊 ❤), I say to you, the tax collectors and the prostitutes go into the kingdom (😊❤) of God(😊 100%❤) before you."( Matthew 21:31 ESV Study Bible) Keep listening or reading in Christ Matthew 21:32 "32 For John(John the Baptist😊❤ )came to you in the way of rightousness(😊❤), and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believes him(😊 ❤) . Matthew 21:33-46( The Parable of the Tenants) "33 " Hear another parable. There was a master of a house who planted a vineyard and put a fence around it and and dug a winepress in it and built a tower and leased it to tenants, and went into another country. 34 When the season for fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenant to get his fruit. 35 And the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first. And they did the same to them. 37 Finally he sent his son to them, saying, " They will respect my son.' 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, " This is the heir. Come, " Let us kill him and have his inheritance.' 39 And they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. 40 When therefore the owner of the vineyard comed, what will he do to those tenants? " 41 They said to him, " He will put those wretches to a miserable death and let out the vineyard to other tenants (😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤ 😊❤😊❤ 😊❤) who will give him the fruit in their season." 42 Jesus(😊1st❤) said to them, " Have you never read in the Scriptures: " ' The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord's doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes' ? 43 Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people😊❤ producing its fruits. 44 And the one who falls on . this stone will be broken to pieces; and when it falls on anyone, it will crush him." 45 When the chief priests and the pharisees heard this parables, they perceived that he(Jesus😊1st❤) speaking about them. 46 And although they were seeking to arrest him, they feared the crowds, because they held him to be a prophet."( Matthew 21:33-46 ESV Study Bible) Is Jesus😊1st❤ also your cornerstone😊❤ too in Christ?
