Neenga mention panna retinol amt ok thaan but pea sized mattum nite time use pannunga along with a moisturizer...morning sunscreen is a must. Min 30spf 3. Any moisturizer which works for u.. bcoz ellarukume differ agum products.. ore product suit agadhu.. u have to try and stick to the suitable one..

@@ivy4917 yaa but that too has pros and cons . sometimes even natural remedies can cause acne . example is myself i once used riceflour for brightening but it didnt work for me and caused me acne. so oru problem treat panna poi inuru problem kondu vandha maari iruku, so we really need to look into the products whether natural or market products .choose wisely that focuses on your concern for ur skin and look in to the ingredients mainly.if its natural atleast do a patch test to the bare minimum

I am an individual and not anyone's assistant and I just simply replied and shared my opinion with people who i felt that they were rude and I only replied to 2 to 3 comments. Tbh the doctor is genuine and she wouldn't have assistants to gain fame or support after all she is a DOCTOR.
