I had been messing with my phone for 2 hours before I saw this video. Wish I would have seen it sooner! I am not sure what trick got my phone working again.. I am thinking it's a combination of all of them, but pretty sure the freezer technique helped jumpstart working again. I don't usually comments on videos but bro you are a life saver I tried it on my Samsung A12 that I updated and rebooted but it was just there going off and on without actually turning on, tried the taping of the back and front screen that was just it took some time to actually settle down with the new update and that was how my phone got back on thank you very much ur video helped me 🙏

I don't know much about phones. My boyfriend (before he got a new phone) had a Samsung galaxy a13 5g and it randomly restarted on him one night and did an update. Started up just fine and (before going to the home screen) got stuck on "phone is starting..." with the loading bar. I have tried everything all of these methods and some and even let the phone die and tried it again. I can't even transfer photos from the a13 to his new phone because I need to be able to go to the home page so it registers the phone is I guess done starting up. ANY tips would be nice. I don't want to factory reset the phone because then he loses everything from pictures of me, the kids and whatever else he has. Please.. any help.

It so helpful i would have never thought that smaking a phone fixes it but i would like to add that after the smaking you should hold the power up button and the volume up button and a screen will appear all you have to do from thier is let go of the two button than press the volume up button and right after it press the power up button from their turn you phone on normally it worked for me good luck everyone!!

I have the samsung galaxy a13 4g and it keeps restarting when, I'm watching videos that I bought, I've tried many things like: Deleting junk files, uninstalling the app. removing 3rd party apps, to a small reset to a full factory reset and the problem is still there,I never even dropped it or threw it. the phone is only 4 days old and it was brand new, can Anyone please tell what could be the problem? Has anyone else had this problem? Is this normal for a brand new phone to do this? Is it even possible that the phone was damaged to begin with when it was shipped to the store?

If you hit the power button like that (at least in Canada) it automatically calls the emergency response (9-1-1). And since you are in a black screen, you can't hang up!
