I had been messing with my phone for 2 hours before I saw this video. Wish I would have seen it sooner! I am not sure what trick got my phone working again.. I am thinking it's a combination of all of them, but pretty sure the freezer technique helped jumpstart working again. Once I was able to get to my home screen, I turned the power off and charged it overnight. Thank you for this video!! (Samsung s10e, Android 12)

Your video was so helpful. after several attempts with other videos, your putting in the freezer and going through the steps as much attempts as required cured my phone of the frozen black screen. it took about 3 tries which was so awesome, THNAK YOU.

Thank you so much. I use my phone for business and so had to get a new phone as it was urgent. But the old phone wouldn't let me do the smart transfer as it kept rebooting! I don't usually comments on videos but bro you are a life saver I tried it on my Samsung A12 that I updated and rebooted but it was just there going off and on without actually turning on, tried the taping of the back and front screen that was just it took some time to actually settle down with the new update and that was how my phone got back on thank you very much ur video helped me 🙏

It so helpful i would have never thought that smaking a phone fixes it but i would like to add that after the smaking you should hold the power up button and the volume up button and a screen will appear all you have to do from thier is let go of the two button than press the volume up button and right after it press the power up button from their turn you phone on normally it worked for me good luck everyone!!

If you hit the power button like that (at least in Canada) it automatically calls the emergency response (9-1-1). And since you are in a black screen, you can't hang up!
