I've been a lifelong Samsung flagship user, and this year I've been looking for a new phone. Because of your reviews I went with the A55. I just wanted a midrange phone with a decent camera, and the A55 is it. I found that with the flagships I wasn't using all the extra features hence, it was a waste of $ for me to get another flagship when the A55 does what I need it to do. Simple to use and takes decent pictures and video. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

Thank you Dariusz, I ordered the A55. For the price, hard to beat. Sure the night shots and ultra zooms are much better by the flagship model; however, I do mostly day shots. On the internet, I found an A 55 for 389€. The prices are expected to drop in 3 months.

100x zoom 10x telephoto, not 20x. He doesn't want to show you that. Also you probably don’t have any knowledge about smartphone specks. Here is some reason for higher price range. Full hd display 1080p vs 1440p display 2000 nits vs Consistent 120 hz display with 3200 nits brightness Midrange processor vs Latest qualcomm 8 gen 4, 3nm. 4k 30fps video vs 8k 120/60/25/30 fps, 4k 480/320/240/120/60/30/25 fps. 50 megapixel main camera vs 200 megapixel camera. Also ois is the best one in s24 ultra.

@@pias-04 I was referring to the zoom capability in video mode, witch indeed is 20X at 4K 60 FPS. 100X is the zoom in photo mode. I experimented it. The optical zoom is 5X, not 10X.

S24U is clearly ahead by miles. A55 camera lacks the vibrant colours and depth in many scenarios, specially in selfie camera, A55 lacks behind dearly.

356 euro in Belgium vs 1200-1400 euro's phone. Offcourse is the S24 ultra better but for a cheap samsung phone, it was not bad for the price 356euro i payed today for the A55. If you know you gonna zoom alot then you need the S24 ultra.

The Difference is Miles away in all aspect, especially in the look of the phone, A55 looks is like a phone from 8 years ago (Big bulky phone with Thick Bezels), Compare it to other brands with the same price range like Vivo V30.
