I live in the Philippines and i've had this phone since January. I got the red one and I like to share a few things: 1. Unless you're gaming whether heavily or not on this phone, the performance of the SD vs Exynos thing is no biggie honestly. 2. The battery life is amazing but the charging takes a while understandably. 1hr from 2% - 52%. and 1.5hr for a full charge on power off. 3. It lasts me a day and a half on mild usage like calls and videos on wifi. (excluding taking vids and pictures) 4. The sound is good enough even with 1 speaker in an open space playing music. It's not great but not bad either. 5. For a 500usd phone it's reliable for being a diet version of a flagship, i've dropped it, it's durable and practical to have daily. 6. It surpisingly came with a cover and screenshield (im surprised at least) and the S-pen is reliable even without some of the features. 7. I had a note 4 before and comparing it to this I have to say when it's rendering the web there is lag seldomly but negligible no prob. 8. The camera is fantastic. Video taking is fantastic. Having the S-pen control the camera is very convenient. The battery is reliable. 9. Headphone jack is awesome, the powersaving feat is very dependable and having the option for dual sim/1tb mem card = priceless 10. If you're a "pc master race" person, you' wont be satisfied with this phone lol but i would DEFINITELY buy another one if i lost this. ...Awesome video btw, keep it up!

For me the S-pen does what it needs to do, it's no apple pencil so accuracy is not in that level but it takes notes very well and it's reliable to jot down things and create memes and screen grabs and minor drawings but it doesnt have all the features since its a lite version. Watching videos is great on it especially if you have a headset or TWE's because of the Dolby surr option plus you can zoom to fill the screen to the bezels. The camera is great even at night for videos and the options are alot for quality. It's a budget friendly flagship phone and for the price i'd rather buy 2 of these than the note 20 ultra. HEADPHONE JACK.

I'm saying that this is the best phone I've ever had (and also the most expensive one) because it does not heat up easily and I really loved the functionality of the s pen. I haven't own any phone but from the samsung brand only so I can't really say which is better. The battery is great. Swift transitions too. Rarely lags. The only thing I would complain about this is that the camera is quite crappy during low light situations and the fingerprint sensor is quite slow when a tempered glass is installed. @@kavitamizh2949 it depends on my usage actually. If I'm only using it for my social media and apps it could last me the whole day(I use fb,yt,shopee,bitorrent and downloads). I'm not really impressed when I use it for my online games. A full battery only lasts me 5 hrs then I have to recharge it to use it later. I don't really experience that much heating but it could get warm sometimes especially if I'm using my mobile data.

I have seen a review which like you mentions that Samsung did not pay for a water resistant rating for this phone, but this reviewer actually immersed the phone in Coke and when removed, it worked perfectly. I don't suggest people do this but do believe it is water resistant but just not rated. I am going to wait for the Note 20 Lite - hoping there will be one !!!

This is interesting, and it's priced beautifully. My only concern is that it's GSM based, so as far as LTE data and actual phone calls, it won't work on my carrier (Sprint; despite the recent merger with T-Mobile, T-Mobile hasn't forced the Sprint users to switch to GSM phones just yet). So despite the awesome features, this would be little more than a backup device for me instead of a daily driver.

Bought the n10 lite as said earlier and typing with the Spen right now feels good. lol. Just here to share my experience. Camera is mostly fine but 2X uses cropped 1X during Night time. I'am not a heavy gamer or something so performore never mattered. But .... it still lagged. specially in the initial days of use. It is getting better though but still not recommended for performance seekers. Another issued I felt is battery is not upto mark drains pretty quick. Another well known issue....ofc. bad fingerprint & face detection. works well when it does...but refuses to work at all the other time. Alot bad being said... It's a great phone to use.The camera, display, interface, AND the S Pen .Brilliant. If you are not a fan of S Pen..Get this phone and you will start loving it. Specially the handwriting on keyboard.The feedback is just so.....Amazing.

I still value having a headphone jack, and I love the S pen, but I HATE curved displays. I may pick this one up, but I’m gonna see if samsung releases a flat note 20 with a headphone jack at the unpacked event next month. Would’ve preferred a side mounted fingerprint sensor on this, as I don’t care for in display readers, but eh.. This phone would be awesome with gcam installed, and stereo speakers. I listen to a TON of podcasts, and would prefer much louder speakers for when it’s sitting on my night stand or while I’m cooking or whatever.

This is for people who want to pose as a power user. The most significant downgrade is not mentioned here, the USB port is 2.0. No video out, no Dec, slower transfer rates. There's no camera bump because the body is thicker.

Though wireless charging can work with plastic backs, wireless charging will really heat up and could melt plastic. So having no wireless charging but comes with fast charging is good enough. Plus, wired charging will always be faster than wireless. And you don't have to worry about properly aligning with the contact pad. Lack of IP rating may be uncomfortable without the certification on a phone, but honestly, manufacturers don't cover liquid damage even with an IP rating. Just invest in a durable case that can at least give some splash resistance. The return of the head phone jack is great because now you have more audio options on the phone. And you can charge the phone while plugging in headphones. The wand gestures are too gimmicky, but glad the s pen still has the remote function for the camera like in the Note 9 as well as the major essentials. Although I am not a fan of the overrated Dex, I thought of the Note series geared to more business driven users. Since it can do MS Office related work, it should have had that function. But that if course depends on the user. Slower performance speeds is not a huge difference compared to the flagships. And honestly, if I wanted to do gaming, I much rather do that on a console or pc.

Good video. 354€ deal right now. 8GB model. The processor can't compete with the latests high-end Snapdragons, but will perform well as a mid range processor. In comparison with the A71, this Note has better features like faster processor, telephoto lens, S-Pen and the recently 3 year announced support from Samsung. I think I will buy it.

Only if s10 lite had 240hz touch response, IP rating, IR face unlock, smaller hole for front cam, with headphone jack.....it would have been the best phone EVER!

my Note 10 lite automatically deletes my contacts. I have to restore them from google contacts. Does someone else face the same problem?

It's mine Note9 with triple cameras and less hardware in several points. I recommend the Note9 instead. The only real downgrade to my eyes is the wide camera, compensating in several other points, as construction, stereo sound and IP certification, among others.

I just ordered it, I loved it when it got released but didn't feel like buying it because I was using S8. And now I feel like this is the nicest upgrade with best value for money. I would love to see some Ip rating on this phone just to feel safe when going out in rainy season.

Its actually a compound between plastic and glass that doesnt shatter but is also more resilient to scratches than a plain plastic.

Because of the high grade materials. Many leaks showing it will have stainless steel variant and even titanium variant, which aren't cheap. It still has aluminum version for the base. Time will tell :D

And In my country Xiaomi Realme Oppo Vivo doesn't sells their kind of flagship devices officially besides Oneplus hasn't came to my country officially yet. And actually I take a lot of photos and do a little bit of gaming and browse social media.
