+Kyle Williams Clearly the Nexus 6P was not taken into consideration when deciding this. I know it's not in the video, but the 6P outshines every single phone coming out this year. Monster specs, pure Android, all housed in a flawless phone. The fingerprint scanner is faster than that of Apple's TouchID and the camera is comparable to some of the best pictures taken by Samsung or Apple devices. Megapixels mean nothing without a quality lens. The only thing that would give to the Note series as being "best of the best" is the screen. Samsung has proven themselves in their screen technology. Other might say Apple has the best screen due to the new 3D Touch, but that is just Android 'long press' action which they've had for years now. Apple spend 5 years created this when android does the same exact thing without a fancy screen technology. I do, however, commend Apple on their build quality; even with Samsung joined the metal and glass party, Apple still has better materials and a better design in my opinion.

It is pretty easy to choose note 5 unless you got to have ios. Note 5 is overall better for key features: display, rear camera and front camera, bigger display with smaller dimensions. That is enough reasons to choose note 5 over 6s plus for most consumers imo.

+Amir Amran the note is actually much better. the S pen in my opinion is better than 3d touch, with the s pen u get to take down notes and be more productive which is very useful for students and business owners. in terms of hardware aswell the note is better with a much better display, very good cameras and quick charge and wireless quick charging.

Samir Huq Although you problably won't really see the difference in terms of the amount of pixels it still is a very impressive screen. Besides, how is it overpriced? It's a very new device, but still 100 bucks less than a new iphone (1080p screen), 20 bucks less than the Note Edge and 80 bucks more than the Samsung Galaxy 6 edge which is not a phablet and released for a while now.

iPhone software ios is smooth and easy to use for all ages. Note 5 might be a little hard to get used to for people over 50. If you are younger, I would suggest Note 5, for older people go with the simpler iPhone. Edit; I mean to say Note 5 would be suitable for more tech knowledgeable people and iOS is a simpler OS for the less tech savvy.

I prefer iphone6s Plus. It is next to impossible for Android to beat Ios because there are alot more devices running android than ios so it is harder to optimize apps and games for android. But ios simply can't give the user all the possibilities android can. I've had a galaxy s4 and note5 I switched to an iPhone 6s Plus because the two galaxy's always had problems with the SIM card invalid and I had to keep going to Verizon to switch them out. Had the iPhone for a year now and never had a problem lagging or no SIM card error.

Both my husband and I have the Note 5. We are elderly and took classes offered through Best Buy. The pen is fun and yet practical when we have to make a quick note so we don't "forget" something. No regrets here even after walking into Best Buy with anticipation of getting iPhone 6s.

What i never understand about these comparisons? Why dont you ever include stuff like the OTG Dongle thats included, meaning I can carry a 256gb SD card and move files left and right. Also, how easy it is to use files from my computer, Videos, Music and Documents share much easier with Samsung (most Android Devices). Eitherway, there is more to Samsung phones than most of these reviews and comparison ever reveal.

I'm a Note owner for about 4 years now, and I'll always own one or something close to it for a utility or tool, but for an actual phone, I'm ready to switch over to the 6S Plus. For basic, day-to-day usability, from what I've seen among my friends, the iPhone rules the roost. For a tool that you can _DO_ a lot of things with, you're never going to get by with an iPhone. I'll just keep one of each, and carry whichever the day calls for. Sometimes that'll mean carrying two phones, but that's fine with me as long as I have the tool I need for the job.

Good comparison :). Personally own the iPhone 6s Plus and Galaxy s6 edge plus. Have no issues with the iPhone. Despite the inferior specs it runs like a charm and seems to be more consistent then my galaxy s6 edge plus as far as performance on a day to day basis. Plenty of reasons why that is of course but overall really great devices.

+Ahmed Tarek if u want a long term good fon, choose iphone. But if u well prepared of android risk, lag n so on, u can choose android. I used note 4 n ip6 plus but note 4 is juz for my movies and a lil bit game. Sometimes apps also crash on my note 4. So for work n daily basis, i use ip6 plus. Note 4 is juz as my backup fon. *sorry for my english*

I'm glad i will be switching over to the note 5 from the s6 today. I've been loyal to the galaxy band lineup for years. I never used any iPhone personally but I find myself more than satisfied with the options that Samsung phones present.

I'am impressed how you didn't mention the fact that the Note 5 runs the games at configurable settings; probably the highest out of the box, whilst the iPhone 6s doesn't offer any sort of graphical configurations (as of what I know). Higher/better textures/meshes/postFX (and more) = increased loading time.

I still don't understand why some people flip out about how fast the finger print scanner is. Just press the home button with a finger not used with the scanner. Literally solves the problem.

Awesome comparison video! You literally covered everything. However the iPhone fingerprint scanner being too fast to check your lockscreen can be avoided by simply using a different finger(I don't own an iPhone, just an observation). Great video!

I'm not an Apple or Android fanboy, I just get the best phone for my uses. I traded in my Note 5 for the iPhone 6s+ and enjoy the user experience much more on the iPhone. However, I do miss the wireless and fast charging on the Note 5. The biggest difference for me is the battery, the iPhone battery is the best battery I've ever had in a smart phone. Excellent review.

I currently have a Note 4. I'm really want to try am iPhone 6s Plus. I've had Android for years. From Verizon's HTC Thunderbolt, Droid Razr. To Samsung Galaxy S3, S4,S5, and Note 4. I've never had an iPhone. So I'm trying one. One of my friends has an iPhone 6s and it performs flawlessly. I love Samsung. I'm a Samsung fan boy lol!!!! But I must keep it real, Apple iOS is way more fluid than Android. And the performance on iPhone is second to none. Plus Apple gets updates quicker and has all the apps!

I've been using an iPhone since the second gen, but I want to try android. When I do, it'll probably be a one of the Note series. Good video. It's full of useful into. My only small critique is to watch your enunciation. Not a big deal, but it gets a little muddy sometimes during the video. Perhaps I noticed it because I have the same problem.

I would like to say that, the subject on the iPhone's fingerprint sensor being "very fast" is not accurate. The sensor is located in the "home" button for a reason. That being unlocking to the home screen. If the intention of the user is looking notifications or taking a fast picture, you must use the upper key located on the side of the phone. Eventually every one gets use to it.
