Welcome back, I'm glad to see that you got your new phone and was able to do a quick assessment comparing it to your Note 20 Ultra. Looks like the biggest difference was they got rid of like you said the notch for the cameras so the case can lay flat and then also the screen isn't the quite square like we're used to. We already knew the SD card was gonna be gone.. But yes, kind of disappointing that so far you haven't found anything worthwhile in the upgrade. But my guess is hopefully the cameras will shine and the processor will do the trick.

Hi David!!!! I read your comment one day back in Feb about someone in your household getting the S22 Ultra .. I shot this video around that time but things got on the way and could not finish it until last weekend . So far the camera has been the biggest upgrade for me . Personally everything else feels just about the same as the Note 20 Ultra .

@@MayitoTek hey Mario. I have an s21, my daughter was the one who got the s22. A co-worker of mine traded in his s21 ultra for the s22 ultra. He apparently doesn't mind trading it in after only one year. I'm looking forward for your next video.

Hi Matt!!! To be honest, once I got the S22Ultra out of the S22Ultra box ir just felt like is a Note to me . It sure would be nice that they had kept the brand name since it has a meaning for many of us that have used a note for many years. Hope you are doing well and staying safe !!!!

I was wondering what was going to happen since last time Samsung ditched the SD Card support was with the Galaxy Note 5.. They brought it right back after so many complains . I personally haven't used an external SD card after the Note 4, but I know many people do . I see you subscribed to the channel over 4 years ago , thanks for still sticking around with me !!!!!!

In my opinion, this is definitely not a upgrade from the Note 20 Ultra. Not having sd card support is a deal breaker for me. Also there base model only having 8gs of ram and 128gs of internal storage for 1,200? No way! Plus no improvement on wireless charging or reverse wireless charging from the Note 20 Ultra. Also no charger in the box, no headphones, no case, no S-pen replacement tips? Not interested. I'm good with my Note 20 Ultra.

The only thing that could have made it easier was to get the S22 ultra at launch where they would've doubled the memory to 256 for free and then gave you $700 minimum for a trade in

Yeah, I got lucky and got the upgrade to 512gb for the price of a 256gb. I was not excited to go from the note 20 ultra to the s22 ultra. I was happy that they kept the same form factor and hope that is the case in the future .

I used my Note 10+ for like two weeks back in December and it def doesn't have much to envy from the newer notes. In fact, the Note 10+ is special since is the only note with the 3D scanner 😎
