Thank you. I left my S10e to my step daughter, but after putting an unlock patern and rebooting it, we were unable to access it, the system didn't allow us to connect more than one point in the pattern. With this, we were able to access it and finally use it again. Luckily, we had just made a factory reset the day before, so nothing was really lost! It took me about three tries, thank you!

Thanks for this. My screen got smashed but the top 3rd works. As i've got a replacement coming they take my phone away as a swap so they can refurb it.
