Thank you. I managed to get it on the 1st attempt, I'd watched other videos also on how to unlock my phone as I forgot the pattern. Other videos never mentioned anything about holding down the Bixby button, it was only until I came across your video and you mentioned to hold down the top volume, Bixby and the power button and then finally it worked for me and I successfully unlocked my phone. Thanks for the video. I did have an issue when it booted into the setup area, it showed the message "user press reset keys for 7 sec" but that would just restart the phone, and there was no way to get go down to the reset (volume up/down didn't do anything). I ended up letting the phone die completely, then charging it a bit and starting with the buttons to get to the setup area, and that worked.

Thank you. I left my S10e to my step daughter, but after putting an unlock patern and rebooting it, we were unable to access it, the system didn't allow us to connect more than one point in the pattern. With this, we were able to access it and finally use it again. Luckily, we had just made a factory reset the day before, so nothing was really lost! It took me about three tries, thank you!

Thanks for this. My screen got smashed but the top 3rd works. As i've got a replacement coming they take my phone away as a swap so they can refurb it. Sadly , it does not work for me. It gets into a state where it looks like it continuously reboots, shows me the android logo, then the samsung logo, the android one and so on. it never goes into the android recovery menu.
