@subas thapa first of all hes using his own proprietary benchmarking tool that no one else is allowed to use or even see. It leaves the potential for issues or manipulation wide open. Aside from that, its his position that benchmarks are 100% infallible, a position i strongly disagree with. Especially in light that many benchmarks treat different OSes differently. He also has refused to address issues with Geekbench, such as it not being able to register clock frequency properly on Android or how its scale is based on an X86 processor instead of an ARM processor for mobile devices

Thing is that, the result will always be like this, iPhone has advantages while importing videos and images which let's it cruise ahead in the second row then the Android devices catches up in the last 2 rows and finishkng the first round by like 2-4 seconds behind and then it's all on ram management. And even if iPhone manages to keep all apps in the memory the difference between then would be like 1-2 seconds anyway. It's fun to watch but very hard to apply practically in real life nowadays.

iphone won the first lap. Samsung the second. I personally have had terrible luck in getting samsung phones to last for more than four years. With iPhones it hasn't been a problem. At this current state though, Samsung is better. Later, the iPhone will be the winner in being more fluid and smooth over time. Two great phones! Androids cosutomization wrecks iOS. However, iOS is smoother.

Yes, iphone performed much worse here than in previous tests. Sometimes was wrong. Stuttering was unusually high here and ram management was poor too. iPhone XI must have 6GB RAM.

Sadly the Samsung camera app is utter garbage. I downloaded the Google camera boys APK on my note 9 and that actually harnessed the true power of the Samsung camera. My Pixel 2 can't even compare to the note 9 camera once I did that app switch. And I thought I was just imagining things and I tried both apps taking the same exact picture and the Samsung stock app was just bad and missing so much detail while the Google Camera app really brought the picture to life. So for all the Samsung users, get the Google camera app via APK, your camera will greatly appreciate it.

Why you see iPhone beating the android phone is the fact of the iPhone being more optimized, Oh why cant android phones be more optimized you may ask, Well that's due to the fact of app developers and google not being able to optimize the millions of different types of android phones in the world. For starters, in terms of technology, the 855 does indeed have more future proof advantage than the a12 bionic. But that's where the software comes into play. As you all know if the software is optimized to run on slower devices, it can utilize the capacity of the hardware itself. The reason why iphones tends to be faster is due to the software (not the animation and loading etc.) the software itself. ipxs max only has 4gb ram and 6core processor compared to the 8gb ram s10+ with 8core processor (not to mention there is also a 12gb variant) so to put it in a simple perspective, the iphone has better engineering behind it, see if you reverse the situation, an android phone with 4gb ram and 6cores vs ios with 8gb ram and 8 cores, it will be nowhere near this comparison.

This could be due to multiple factors such as firmware updates and/or apps which have also been updated to more recent versions. These could alter load times in both positive and negative ways but based on this test the "current" net effect are longer load times. Phonebuff also said that they also did multiple trials, so I'm sure it wasn't just a one-off thing.

Lol. I chuckle every time at these speed tests. They're both great devices and nobody - I mean NOBODY uses their devices in this fashion. "I should buy a Samsung because I always open 20 apps before going back to my open spreadsheet." Or " I should buy an iPhone because I need to have my flip diving app open 1 second faster after I've opened 14 other apps...". Good to know that the iPhone is still faster. Ram management means nothing to me if the apps themselves will always open reliably faster than the competition. The first lap is the only lap I care about. I know what the end result was but keeping a high amount of apps open at a time isn't a priority for most people. So long as at least the last 3 or 4 apps can stay relatively open it's good.

Hi David. Good speed test comparison as usual. Your drop test videos are good too. That was good the Galaxy S10+ was able to beat the iPhone XS Max in the speed test. I think the first Samsung phone to ever beat an iPhone in a speed test was the Galaxy Note 8 which I currently have. At the time the speed test was conducted on your channel. It was the Note 8 vs the iPhone X. Just like how the S10+ was able to beat the iPhone XS Max in this video due to better RAM management, it was the same scenario at the time between the Note 8 and iPhone X speed test comparison. The true competitor for the Galaxy S10+ is the upcoming iPhone 11 Max (iPhone XI Max). If this year's 11 Max comes with at least 6 GB of RAM, then I think it might beat the Galaxy S10+ later in the year. RAM management will be improved if Apple makes the 11 Max equipped with at least 6 GB of RAM. If it remains at 4 GB then the S10+ will beat it and also the upcoming Galaxy Note 10 which I'll get will beat it too. The Note 10 will be an absolute BEAST when it arrives later on this year based on information I've gotten from couple sources. Can't wait to get my hands on it when it gets released.
