First you need to Import your provider's certificate under the settings.

This is the problem, you have to import a user certificate, in My case, i have a problem with certificate import, My Android phone don't pront frame to put user password.

If you don't have the info for it then the chances are you don't need it. It allows your VPN server to assign group profiles to modify what they can access via the VPN. For example say you have a business with sales staff, marketing staff and IT support staff - you can use the identifiers so that IT support staff can remote onto servers but not the other profiles
