I bought my S24 ultra this February and it's been heating up too much since the second month from buying. I contacted the customer care, visited the service centre and did all of the necessary things they asked me to do. Since the past month the heating has increased and my battery doesn't even last for 3-4 hours after full charge. The customer care employees are of the opinion that this is totally normal for a flagship phone. One of the employees told me that my phone's heating up because the phone is being used. Yes phone's are meant for using and not for keeping in a showcase. I have used other phones too and they too heat up , but it's not the same with this one. I feel like I can fry an egg with this phone because it heats up to that extent. Even if I don't use it and keep it in my pocket, it heats up way too much than normal. The customer care service employees told me that nothing can be done as there is no issue and that this is not a normal phone but a flagship phone. I guess flagship phones are meant to heat up , no overheat.

I also felt the same I have S23 which I brought during onam sales After one month it started to heat & I contacted Customer care service & they said it is knowing my user experience Even in take photos & videos the phone heats up
