Don't know what happened... my girl was wiping her phone with a cloth then the s reen went black. Did the power button and down button but it just vibrates. Can see the blue led and hear it when plugged in but no luck with the screen

Thanks a lot it worked! My phone's screen just froze, I tried the old hack of holding the power button for 15 seconds to turn the phone off but it just would not work. But when I did what you instructed the phone automatically rebooted and it worked fine afterwards.
