@@tesitajames4472 for me the solution was to charge it with an original charger , idk why but it used to charge normally with any charger but if battery hits 0% i needed the original charger to make the phone charge.

Mine did the same thing. I sent it back to Samsung. The warranty had just went off and I told them to stand by their product. We only tried to transfer data from one phone to another at Verizon store and it wouldn't power up or nothing. Wanted to charge me over 200$ to repair. Samsung fixed my phone free of charge. The on/off button was repaired. Also the LCD screen was repaired and something called processor was replaced. They responded and fixed for free....Yhanks Samsung

S8, it stays on the charging screen like that and it keeps changing from 15% to 59% and back and forth like that. the green light when it's fully charged comes on but it still wont turn on and then when i plug it again, it's 15%.
