Thank you very much for the tutorial using that clear film in order to remove the now warmed up and pliable adhesive is a very intelligent idea as it sticks to the film while cooling down very smart . I don't know if you discovered that by accident or you thought it through and realized it would be a good idea but either way or impressive this helped me take the back off my Galaxy S9 that I've had for over 5 years now. I wanted to try and replace the battery entirely by myself because I'm eligible for a free phone upgrade so if I did something wrong and broke the phone it wouldn't be the end of the world and it turned out great I was able to upgrade the internal memory by having a friend do some sautering and ordering some parts for me and then replace the battery with a higher capacity one And now my phone feels like a new phone again even though it's 6 or 7 years old since it's released date
