Great vid and tips! A few questions: 1) since there is no Samsung Notes app on IOS, what format should Notes be exported as to import into something like Notability so that it can be continued to be edited? 2) is there an automatic sync/backup to Google Drive or cloud service? (Or even local network NAS backup?)

Ive been using samsung notes for quite a while and the file exporting experience is trash, itll let you save it as a samsung notes file, which can pretty much only be edited in samsung notes, image, well its an image, ppt is also an image just made a ppt slide, word is also an image in a word file, text is only text and lastly the "best", as it really isnt good, is pdf, saving it as a pdf will turn it into an image and then a pdf, so if you open the file and zoom, it will look pixelated, just enough quality to understand everything, but forget about zooming. So for "editing" i guess the best wood be PDF, wont be able to errase anything written but can write over it. And as for the sync/backup, you can set it to sync to samsung account so you can view all your notes in any device with your samsung account, or you can sync to Microsoft OneNote but in my experience, it trash, it'll show you the notes as an image and cant edit it, also if there are images, it doesnt load them. And also I havent been able to view them in any other device than a phone with the app. If you're going to use it with the samsung ecosystem, its a really good note taking app. Outside the samsung ecosystem, it's trash.

I had got the s9+ a couple of weeks back , is the laser pointer available in this version of the tab since i am unable to find it . Also i am facing a issue that the s pen doesnt align and stop working on a certain strip across the screen . Its really frustrating. Any solution?

These were great tips. You showed the palm rejection but you didn't show how to turn it on and I can't find it. Also how to move the toolbar up to the top. Mine is at the bottom and my hand keeps hitting it when I take notes. If you could shed some light on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi 😊 yes you can, but if you need more fonts to work in your documents, I would recommand to download Word application solo instead of 365 which have only few fonts. Also you won't have special characters or signs you find in PC version. I have personnaly download an extra application to copy/past what I need (Unicode Pad application in Google store, for free). I am not working on Dex, but it is an available feature on Samsung S series.

Hi, i am a medical student, i have watched several of yr tablet videos, i want the best notes making features but my i can only afford the cheapest, can you guide me which one i should take? Samsung a 9, a9 +, s9fe, s 6 lite? I watched yr videos and found a 9 and a 9+ to be same in terms of note taking but i saw new features in s9 fe. Please Don’t go for A9 series as they don’t support s pen and palm rejection , note taking also limited, you can go for S9Fe.
